One-time purchases
We have a 30-day return policy on all one-time purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Deductions for One-time purchases
If your return request is approved by Variety Mode and your refund is accepted, a fee of £5.99 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the initial postage, return postage and restocking fees.
Please note that these costs will be deducted automatically.
Discounted orders / Sample renewal
Please note that sample orders, as well as orders made through our loyalty program at discounted rates, are not eligible for returns.
Once payment has been processed, all orders are managed through our automated 3PL system. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
We offer FREE samples, to ensure all customers are happy with our products before subscribing.
Upon purchase, we send all free sample customers two emails, both of which remind them of the upcoming renewal in 7 days. Managing the subscription is possible at any time, 24 hours a day. In Addition a final email is sent the day before renewal.

Subscription orders
Please note that for subscription orders, which are heavily discounted, any approved return will have the costs of return deducted, including a restocking fee, return postage, and a safety inspection fee upon arrival. The same terms apply to promotional and discounted orders.
If you’ve placed an order by mistake, the quickest and easiest way to process a return at no cost is to notify the courier and reject the delivery. Once we receive notification that the order is being returned, we will issue a full refund.

Subscription-based orders can be paused, skipped, or cancelled using the order confirmation email or by logging in.
If a subscription return request is approved by Variety Mode and your refund is accepted, a fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the initial postage and restocking fees. The fee is subject to the order volume and returns requested. These are shown on our returns portal

If your return is accepted, we will provide you a return shipping label (subject to order value), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

60-day money back guarantee
Recurring orders (2 month supply) are covered by our guarantee. In the case that a customer does not see the desired results after using our products for 2 months, they can apply for a full refund.
Money back guarantee does NOT apply to any orders that have a promotional code applied
Money back guarantee does NOT apply to any customers who have previously ordered and used our products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification for orders of €50 or more.. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that all orders for the UK, Netherlands, Spain & Germany are domestic and shipped from our warehouses in the same country.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
